About the Role

BonFry is a service provider for gastronomy, hotels, and food production, focusing on the sustainable use of used cooking oil as a resource for fuel production. We aim to create a closed-loop system that transforms restaurant waste into valuable raw materials for the future fuel industry. Our platform connects companies with sustainable solutions, and you can help us take our growth to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in accounting: processing and controlling incoming and outgoing invoices, and supporting payment transactions.
• Assistance with controlling: creating analyses and reports on BonFry's financial performance.
• Assistance with financial planning: supporting forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analyses.
• Process optimization: contributing to the automation and improvement of internal processes in Finance Operations.
• Communication with external partners: collaborating with tax advisors, banks, and other financial service providers.

Requirements

• Currently in at least the third semester of a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous practical experience in accounting, controlling, or financial analysis is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured, meticulous work approach.
• Ideally, initial experience with accounting software like DATEV (Unternehmen online).
• Proactive, hands-on mentality, and willingness to learn and take responsibility in a dynamic environment.
