About the Role

Our Business Analysts focus on finding solutions, particularly innovative concepts for automating business processes. Your enthusiasm for innovation and problem-solving will significantly contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support clients in finding solutions within projects and/or complex issues.
• Record and analyze requirements, derive an appropriate target image of innovative solution concepts, and accompany the process until full delivery (end-to-end responsibility).
• Create and/or expand concepts for optimized support and automation of business processes.
• Organize and document work packages and/or (sub)projects, and moderate between IT and specialist departments.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Easily develop needs-based solutions.
• Interested in developing yourself and others to the next level.
• Flexible in terms of time, location, and content regarding your area of deployment.
• Easily convince and inspire others with your ideas and concepts.
• Several years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Management, or Requirements Management.
• Ideally experience in the banking, insurance, and/or automotive industries.
• Successfully completed your studies or vocational training.
