About the Role
Join the culinary team at Crown Sydney, a world-class luxury hospitality destination, and play a part in creating memorable experiences for guests. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cooks to support diverse culinary teams across various venues.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with venue standards and recipes.
- Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations across a variety of service styles and concepts.
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Working collaboratively with chefs and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Contributing to a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- No sponsorship considerations at Cook, Commis, or Chef de Partie levels.
