Over 150 passionate hosts have already taken the step into self-employment with us as management partners/hoteliers, taking over the operational management of a B&B Hotel under a management contract.

Responsibilities

Found your own GmbH after successful application and take over the operational management of a B&B Hotel.
Benefit from an attractive commission based on your net revenue.
Ensure high occupancy and revenue through yielding and local sales.
Be the local face of the brand, networked locally, represent the brand, and acquire local sales.
Be responsible for daily operations, quality assurance, guest and team satisfaction, maintenance, inventory management, and implementation of standards.
Recruit and lead your own team and create a motivating work environment.
Ensure the implementation of SOPs and implement new measures.
Inspire your team and guests with your individual hosting style and bring your hotel to life.

Requirements

Operational and/or administrative experience in the hospitality industry.
Previous leadership experience.
Willingness and financial capability to found and manage your own company.
Passion and commitment to inspire your team and guests and live the B&B values.
Focus on high guest satisfaction and quality.
Willingness to engage with and solve conflicts and problems.
Engaged in up- and cross-selling, as well as local sales.
Very good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form (min. C2 with proof).
