Responsibilities
- Support and guide practices in your region in their economic and medical development, and be responsible for the respective annual results.
- Lead practice managers, strengthen their competencies, and promote entrepreneurial thinking.
- Create budgets and develop strategies with the practices to achieve set goals.
- Identify challenges early, develop solutions, and accompany change processes with practice managers.
- Create an environment that enables high service and quality of care, and support the sustainable development of practices.
- Connect practices, promote exchange and knowledge transfer, and expand regional structures.
Requirements
- Successfully completed business administration studies (or a comparable qualification) and several years of experience in managing multiple locations – ideally in the (veterinary) medical field or the premium service sector.
- Strong leadership skills, acting as an equal to practice managers, and understanding yourself as a coach and sparring partner.
- Key figures and budgets are your daily tools; you confidently derive concrete measures from them.
- Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial action, and convincing communication skills.
- Empathy, assertiveness, and a structured way of working.
- High willingness to travel within your region is a matter of course to work with practices on-site.
- Drive and solution-orientation complete your profile.
