  • Conducting price and contract negotiations
  • Ensuring contractual framework conditions and checking supplements
  • Participating in budget planning and cost control
  • Building and further developing a strong subcontractor network
  • Evaluating and managing subcontractors (quality, costs, deadlines)
  • Close cooperation with project management, costing, and assembly
  • Coordinating service content and awarding strategies
  • Conducting market, price, and benchmark analyses
  • Identifying savings potentials and optimization measures

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or comparable, or commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
  • Sound knowledge of construction contract law (BGB, VOB/B+C, HOAI)
  • Experience in purchasing construction and/or planning services
  • Confident use of AVA tendering programs
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and cost awareness
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Work Type

  • Up to 2 days mobile working per week

Education Level

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or comparable
  • Commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience

  • A clear common course – through teamwork and self-responsibility
  • Permanent employment in a future-proof industry
  • Modern working conditions and flexible working hours
  • Up to 2 days mobile working per week
  • A lived 'du' culture – from intern to CEO
  • 30 days of vacation
  • Contributions to retirement and health care
  • Mobility allowance (e.g., public transport or e-bike leasing)
