About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to evolve existing systems, stabilize technical processes, and implement new requirements. You will take responsibility and actively contribute to the development of our system landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal software solutions (Angular/PHP/MySQL), interfaces, and connected satellite systems.
• Analyze production problems, bugs, and technical challenges systematically and develop sustainable, pragmatic solutions.
• Actively contribute to the further development of existing systems, technical processes, and infrastructure topics (AWS), and contribute own ideas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other departments, concretize requirements, and translate them into technically sound solutions.
• Participate actively in technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team, contributing to the long-term maintainability and stability of systems.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in full-stack development.
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing systems and complex technical contexts.
• Independent development of productive applications in the frontend (Angular) and backend (PHP/MySQL).
• Proficiency in integrating into existing systems.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, and technical contexts.
• Initial experience with infrastructure or cloud topics (AWS).
• Readiness to work on-site at our locations in Munich or Ellwangen at least once a week.
• Appreciation for personal interaction and close teamwork.
• German language skills at a minimum B2 level for team and departmental communication.
• Comfortable with technical documentation, tools, and communication in English.
