Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
- Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
- Present menu and answer questions regarding menu items.
- Answer questions regarding preparation methods and continuous table side serving concept.
- Take and serve beverage and dessert orders.
- Communicate special meat requests to Churrasqueiros.
- Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment.
- Assist other Servers in their areas when appropriate.
- Complete beginning or closing shift duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work at a quick pace.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
