About the Role
State Street Global Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Officer to identify top talent, fuel innovation, and drive company growth. You will implement staffing strategies and provide qualified and diverse candidate pools, playing an essential role in the organization's success by helping to manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Consult with and influence hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans and sourcing/selection strategies.
- Facilitate intake meetings to understand position requirements and partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies using recruiting resources.
- Educate stakeholders on recruiting aspects such as talent demand, availability, cost, industry standards, pipeline trends, and sourcing methodology.
- Drive communication with hiring managers and interview teams, providing coaching on selection and selling processes.
- Act as the primary communication point with candidates from initial contact to close to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage the end-to-end strategic delivery of sourcing and recruiting.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the company’s business objectives and organizational structure.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Understanding of the company's position in the external marketplace.
- Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plans.
- Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis.
- Good understanding of the external marketplace or trends.
- Proven experience consulting with senior business leaders and managers on talent acquisition process and strategy.
- Proven experience in recommending and using effective sourcing strategies to develop a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years’ experience in an in-house recruiting role.
- Prior experience using Workday is highly desired.
