About the Role

1to1 Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a paediatric community caseload funded through the Children's Treatment Network. This role offers independence and flexibility within publicly funded schools, supported by a well-established organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CTN-authorized School-Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) in publicly funded schools.
• Complete functional speech and language assessments related to school participation.
• Provide time-limited, consultative interventions using SBRS best practices.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other SBRS providers (OT, PT).
• Develop and share practical strategies to support communication in the classroom.
• Complete required documentation and reporting in accordance with CTN, MCCSS, and CASLPO standards.
• Support transitions and discharge planning once SBRS goals are achieved.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Registration in good standing with CASLPO.
• Experience working with paediatric populations preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last year).
