As a Trainee Field Technician, you will be a trusted face in the community, using technology to solve real-world problems while building hands-on skills and experience. You will work alongside a mentor, receiving ongoing coaching and support, while providing customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications and technology products and services.
Responsibilities
- Activate and assure telecommunications and technology products and services in homes and/or businesses.
- Actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver optimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned to Telstra's Behaviours & Habits and corporate strategy.
Requirements
- Hold a current driver's license.
- Physically fit for the role.
- Ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
- Ability to undertake a police check.
- Professional and polite communication.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and safety-first approach.
- Technically minded.
- Reside in the targeted area or be willing to relocate.
