About the Role
The Temporary Security Officer controls access to and from supervised areas of the Hotel and Residences, protecting company assets and ensuring the safety and well-being of all persons on the premises.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and secure environment for guests.
- Establish, promote, and maintain the Hotel’s security and property protection.
- Actively participate in day-to-day security operations.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property.
- Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel.
- Confront situations or persons requiring investigation.
- Handle and document accidents and questionable individuals.
- Implement all policies, procedures, and instructions regarding security and safety.
- Assist in implementing preventive safety and security programs.
- Document all incidents occurring in the hotel related to crime, subversions, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements objectively and comprehensively.
Requirements
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Preferred experience in CPR, first aid, and fire prevention.
