About the Role
Provide personal financial counseling and management services to military service members and their families at assigned military installations. Services include one-on-one counseling, consultations, briefings, presentations, and referral resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
- Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
- Develop and make available informational financial materials to service members and families.
- Coordinate, publicize, and provide Personal Financial Management classes/workshops on various topics across the military lifecycle.
- Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars.
- Utilize virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication.
- Manage duty to warn situations according to Department of Defense (DoD) protocol.
- Communicate with leadership and participate in regular individual and group supervision.
- Participate in regular in-services/training, quality improvement committees, or other contract activities.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English.
- If required by the contract, must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation.
- Able to pass the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) process.

- Associate degree plus 4 years' experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Salary/Compensations
- $58,440 - $93,500
