About the Role
This role serves as the initial point of contact within the Student Hub, directing students to the correct departments and supporting the Registrations and Student Life teams with various administrative and operational tasks. The position is ideal for students seeking a mandatory internship as part of their degree program.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact in the Student Hub, welcoming students and guiding them to the appropriate department for their queries.
- Support the Registrations Team with day-to-day operations, including maintaining an organised and welcoming workspace, tracking appointments, preparing appointment owners, keeping logs of activities, and ensuring required forms are completed.
- Assist the Student Life team with class visits, form collection, interdepartmental communication, and general errands.
- Support departmental events through organisation and communication tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
- Familiarity with business correspondence with customers.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- This role is only open to students who have a mandatory internship as part of their degree program.
