About the Role
As a Business Operations Working Student, you will support key operational processes, including event management, process optimization, and operational excellence, to ensure the organization runs smoothly and enable the team to focus on delivering impact.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business operations across multiple functions (e.g., HR, Office, and marketing).
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Plan and support execution of internal team events and customer-facing events (e.g., company events, trade shows, customer roadtrips).
- Help manage internal tools, documentation, and data to ensure accuracy and accessibility (e.g., CRM system, finance & HR workflows).
- Take ownership of small operational initiatives and drive them independently.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Among the best-performing students in your cohort.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in German & English.
- Previous internship or experience in operations, consulting, startups, or similar environments is a plus.
