About the Role

Arch Telecom's Retail Associate Managers (RAM) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around products and services, thriving in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the first focus. RAMs build meaningful connections with customers by building new and deepening existing relationships, uncovering customer needs, and educating them on device and service solutions. This role involves learning and assisting the Retail Store Manager in all operational duties.

Responsibilities

Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class customer experience.
Build customer loyalty by helping customers with their shopping journey.
Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of technology.
Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
Demonstrate network coverage, plans, services, and device/account troubleshooting.
Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, and systems.
Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships where all are accountable for company success.
Provide first-class customer experience.

Requirements

Leadership experience.
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Willingness to lead teams, share best practices, serve customers, and provide resolutions.
Effectiveness with operational, financial, and performance management.
Amazing communication skills.
Prior wireless sales experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
Reliable transportation.
