About the Role

This immersive and fast-paced internship program allows individuals of all majors to explore a career as a Trading Desk Operations Engineer. Interns work on real-world projects directly tied to daily trading desk challenges, guided by a dedicated mentor. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of the trading product, its life cycle, regulatory considerations, and operational workflows, complemented by tailored bootcamps and classes to accelerate technical and operational expertise.

Responsibilities

Managing and optimizing infrastructure and operational processes
Supporting trading systems and workflows by executing data queries and coordinating with stakeholders
Designing and implementing solutions for a range of trading and operations-related issues on the desk

Requirements

Planning to graduate in 2028
A critical thinker with a strong quantitative foundation and an interest in growing your programming skills
A team player with a “no job too small” attitude
Interested in finance and passionate about STEM
Able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, organized, reliable, and courteous
An excellent verbal and written communicator; able to use technical knowledge and strong collaboration skills to reach solutions
