About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Choate, you will serve as a strategic partner to local office leadership and a senior member of the Marketing & Communications team. You will blend creativity, critical thinking, and business acumen to translate office and market goals into clear, compelling, and executable marketing strategies that support growth. This role involves supporting multiple markets and balancing hands-on marketing leadership with the mentorship, management, and development of other marketing team members.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support marketing efforts across proposals, presentations, social media, award submittals, content development, marketing copy, client events, tradeshows, jobsite events, and local philanthropic initiatives.
- Assess workloads, outcomes, analytics, and opportunities for improvement to ensure marketing efforts are creative and effective.
- Ensure flawless presentation to the external world by protecting the Choate brand and maintaining a discerning eye for quality and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with graphics, video, and communication teams.
Requirements
- Led marketing and pursuit strategies, proposal development efforts, and market positioning initiatives in a fast-paced AEC environment.

- Managed a high-volume workload with exceptional organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail while meeting critical deadlines.
- Developed impactful PowerPoint presentations and visual communications that effectively conveyed key messages to clients and stakeholders.
- Leveraged CRM systems, digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance data to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
