About the Role

We are looking to expand our team with a motivated PKA (m/f/d) for pharmacy inventory management for mail order, at the Oranienburger Tor location, full-time or part-time, from 30 hours.

Responsibilities

• Wholesale and direct orders as well as wholesale and direct returns
• Warehouse control and cleanup using a picker (Rowa©)
• Work with a pickup machine
• Perform warehouse inventories
• Release and control of goods invoices using the 'Document Management System' and administration of credit notes
• 100% back office
• Customer inquiries by phone are not a requirement, but can be taken over if interested
• Support in expanding our mail order business and in new digital customer communication solutions is possible based on interest

Requirements

• Successfully completed PKA training
• Customer-oriented, independent, and reliable work
• An independent, committed, and reliable way of working is characteristic of you
• You are a good team player

Skills

• ADG-warehousing system knowledge desirable, but not a must
