About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated tax professional to join our team in Berlin, supporting dental clients with their tax expertise. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern environment with short decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for dental practices, addressing tax and accounting matters.
• Provide business consulting using the proprietary PraxisNavigation® tool.
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and annual financial statements using DATEV and Unternehmen online.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, liaising with tax authorities and government agencies.
• Support clients with business-related inquiries.
• Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and tools.
• Propose and support the implementation of process improvements.

Requirements

• Completed training as a tax assistant (m/f/d).
• Professional experience in a medium-sized or small firm environment.
• Experience with Heilberufe (healthcare professions) is ideal.
• Proficient in using DATEV and Unternehmen online.
• Fluent in spoken and written German.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
