About the Role
Seasonal restaurant team members are essential for providing efficient and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, processing payments accurately, and ensuring high-quality food service. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform general customer service duties, including taking orders, answering menu questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance cash register and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at various kitchen stations.
- Ensure food safety conditions through various methods and technologies.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, and Facility Maintenance.
- Move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Work in various temperatures.
