Responsibilities
- Support the commercial litigation group.
- Significant experience with electronic filings in both Federal and State courts.
- E-discovery and document management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of complex commercial or business litigation.
- Bankruptcy and trial preparation, preferred.
- State/Federal E-filing and e-discovery.
- Document management experience.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate, preferred.
