About the Role

The Demand Generation Specialist will manage and drive the inbound demand generation process across ANZ to support the growth of the NetSuite Global Business Unit through various channels including media vendors, content syndication, online comparison sites, paid social, and programmatic advertising. This role involves managing a rapidly growing operation within an expansion phase of the company, targeting the SMB/SME ERP SaaS market. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, ANZ, this key position requires a self-starter with extensive experience in managing multiple demand generation projects and a deep understanding of digital marketing in an international B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and recommend quarterly activities to meet regional KPIs across all category mixes.
  • Support overall JAPAC marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success in the region.
  • Monitor key performance metrics from the lead generation funnel, make recommendations, and improve conversion across all category campaign mixes.
  • Actively manage, monitor, assess, and recruit external agencies/vendors to improve traffic and lead conversion rates to meet targets.
  • Consistently improve and optimize current landing pages, assets, and resources used in every campaign to drive higher conversion.
  • Update landing pages and optimize SEO in collaboration with the wider marketing team (marcom/web).
  • Tailor and strategize campaigns according to different market segments, key industries, and buyer personas with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Interpret campaign data to assess program performance, track against quarterly campaign targets, and ensure campaigns are progressing well.
  • Manage schedules and resources for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including direct sales reps, pre-sales teams, and the BDR team.
  • Develop and manage deal acceleration activities using ABM, PTAL, closing events/campaigns, and newsletters to generate better conversion.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, nurture, webinars, in-person events, partner programs, executive engagement, and sales activation.
  • Manage co-op fund pre-approvals and submission claims from solution providers, ensuring co-op is utilized for demand generation campaigns for channel partners.

Requirements

  • B2B lead generation and customer acquisition marketing experience on agency or customer side.
  • Strong track record in digital marketing.
  • Focus on implementing high-volume inbound marketing programs.
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS or technology business is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in managing budgets and paid campaigns across a variety of tools.
  • High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data.
  • Team player with experience organizing and managing multiple stakeholders within the business.
  • Self-motivated and self-managed with attention to detail; able to think independently, get feedback, and find solutions.
  • Proven track record of experience within demand generation, growth, or customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
  • A highly motivated and conscientious individual with the ability to use self-initiative.
  • A strong team player able to assist with overall team efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data.
  • Enjoys collaborating with others to develop creative, unique, and impactful programs.
