About the Role
This internship offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience and apply their expertise in the development and optimization of biotechnological processes within Bayer's Crop Protection Innovation division. You will work on forward-looking projects and gain insights into industrial biotechnology.
Responsibilities
- Support activities in molecular biology, synthetic biology, and biotechnology.
- Work on exciting and forward-looking projects.
- Apply molecular biology, microbiology, and bioanalytical methods.
- Investigate various cultivation conditions on an automation platform.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
- Gain insights into the processes of industrial biotechnology.
Requirements
- Enrolled master's student in molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, life sciences, or related fields.
- Initial laboratory experience in microbiology and molecular biology is desirable.
- High willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Very good English skills in both spoken and written form.
