Responsibilities
- Support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.
- Develop team's skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (Aerial and underground).
- Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture.
- Drive team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.
- Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers.
- Give direction to multiple crews and their job site activities.
Requirements
- Safety is a part of your day-to-day.
- Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
- Knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach.
- Looking for long-term projects.
- Enjoy getting hands dirty with your team.
- Experienced leader who supported the day-to-day needs of a construction crew.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.
- Valid driver's license (subject to MVR review and meeting company standards for safe driving record).
- MOS Codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591 relate well to this position.
