About the Role

The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment that support water distribution, wastewater disposal, air, vacuum, and gas services throughout residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. This position ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plumbing systems related to water distribution and wastewater disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve plumbing system issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform work in a variety of environmental conditions, including exposure to hazardous materials, toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, confined spaces, and varying temperatures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical plumbing.

Skills

• Thorough understanding of applicable plumbing codes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
