About the Role
Responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with emerging High Net Worth clients and prospects within the innovation economy through personalized guidance and on-going relationship management. The role utilizes a planning-based approach to understand client needs and provide timely insights for sound financial decisions. Affluent Wealth Advisors collaborate with a team of Wealth experts to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve financial results and client experience standards relative to specific metrics and goals.
- Engage with existing clients and prospects through consistent outreach, completing sales activities that create value.
- Through consultative discovery, ensure conversations address short- and long-term goals using a planning framework.
- Integrate key partners into the client relationship as opportunities are identified.
- Maintain on-going outreach and relationship management activities to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Provide timely guidance based on client life stage to help them achieve financial wellness.
- Take prompt action to address service needs and enhance the client experience based on preferences and goals.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and key stakeholders.
- Comply with all Bank and Wealth regulations, policies, and procedures to manage risk.
- Complete required training by established deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, banking, Private Banking or Wealth Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, banking, Private Banking or Wealth Management.
- Valid Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses Required.
- Valid state insurance licenses Required.
