About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking talent for the 2027 Commercial Banking Early Career Development Program, a two-year rotational program designed to provide exposure to various Commercial Banking lines of business and promote professional development.
Responsibilities
- Rotate across several Commercial Banking business areas to acquire diverse experiences and insights.
- Participate in the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and execution of credit transactions.
- Conduct due diligence, analyze financial statements, build financial models, and determine risk ratings.
- Leverage market, industry, and company research to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate and consult with colleagues and managers to complete deliverables and resolve issues.
- Support teams with compliance and risk management responsibilities.
Requirements

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge, interest and/or experience in finance, accounting, and sales.
- Familiarity with AI powered productivity tools and a strong interest in using them responsibly.
