About the Role
The Client and Product Solutions Group (CPSG) is seeking an Analyst/Associate for the Sales Strategy & Analytics team. The position offers high impact, visibility, and significant ownership, with opportunities to shape the business and grow with the platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on analyses and models for forecasting, planning, and key decisions, developing initial work for senior review and assuming greater ownership over time.
- Build, own, and continually improve data and reporting to illuminate business performance and future direction, translating data into clear, decision-ready insights delivered reliably and on schedule.
- Design and refine processes and systems, including CRM and its underlying data, to enable the organization to operate at scale, establishing a well-documented, authoritative source of truth.
- Help reimagine business operations around AI by identifying where intelligent automation can replace manual effort, rethinking existing workflows, and helping to introduce new tools and build fluency with them across the team.
- Prepare polished first drafts of leadership and board materials, briefings, and team communications, working from templates and live data.
- Support and help drive strategic projects through to completion.
Requirements
- Exceptional thinker with analytical ability and intellectual curiosity to tackle unfamiliar problems with limited direction.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative ability; able to reason from first principles and bring rigor and precision to all work.
- Highly self-directed and quick to learn, comfortable navigating ambiguity and unfamiliar subject matter without a defined roadmap.
- Strong affinity for data and the tools that turn it into insight — advanced Excel and financial modeling, with genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation.
- Aptitude or experience across data, business intelligence, CRM, or light scripting is an advantage.
- Clear and confident written and visual communication.
- Reliability, ownership, and sound judgment, with the ability to move between long-term projects and time-sensitive requests while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.
- One to four years of experience.
- Strong candidates may come from investment banking, management consulting, data and analytics, or other demanding, analytically rigorous environments.
