About the Role
As Senior Reporting Manager for the Civils Programme at Sizewell C, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality reporting that enables informed decision-making across one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure projects. You will lead the reporting and analytics team in the development, coordination and continuous improvement of programme reporting, working collaboratively with Project Controls, Delivery, Commercial, Planning, Cost, Risk and Change teams to ensure consistent, accurate and timely performance information is available to senior leadership. This role is central to driving reporting excellence across the Civils Programme. You will champion data quality, standardisation and automation, helping to transform complex project data into clear, insightful management information that supports programme governance, strategic planning and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the reporting and analytics team in the development, coordination and continuous improvement of programme reporting.
- Work collaboratively with Project Controls, Delivery, Commercial, Planning, Cost, Risk and Change teams to ensure consistent, accurate and timely performance information is available to senior leadership.
- Champion data quality, standardisation and automation.
- Transform complex project data into clear, insightful management information that supports programme governance, strategic planning and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading reporting teams, delivering programme reporting on large, complex infrastructure or major capital projects.
- A strong understanding of Project Controls disciplines, including Planning, Cost, Risk and Change Management.
- Proven experience producing executive-level reports, dashboards and performance packs for senior leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of application of Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools, with experience in data visualisation and reporting automation.
- Working knowledge of the importance of data management and literacy and its applications for Reporting.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- The ability to interpret large volumes of project data and translate them into meaningful business insights.
- Experience working within integrated delivery teams and alongside multiple contractors and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Must meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will ordinarily require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.

About the Company
- Sizewell C’s business is to design, finance, construct, commission, operate, maintain, and eventually decommission the nuclear power plant and related infrastructure at Sizewell C in Suffolk.
- The Company is maturing to meet all requirements.
- Sizewell C is economically regulated by OFGEM under the RAB model similar to other UK electricity distribution networks and Thames Tideway.
- Sizewell C construction strategy is to replicate the design of Hinkley Point C, using the majority of the same supply chain, but innovating in the way it is delivered to achieve savings in time and cost of around 20%.
