Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day execution lead for patient and HCP marketing tactics, working in lockstep with both Associate Directors to keep launch plans on track.
- Translate brand strategy and messaging direction from the Patient and HCP Associate Directors into clear execution plans, briefs, and timelines.
- Manage the tactical plan calendar across both workstreams, ensuring dependencies are visible, conflicts are surfaced early, and deadlines are met.
- Work closely with agency partners to manage ongoing deliverables, track project status, and communicate timelines to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Support development of assets across both patient and HCP marketing, including patient education materials and programs as well as HCP-facing tools and sales aids across digital and print channels.
- Act as the primary execution lead for day-to-day tasks for HCP speaker bureau, congress support, patient webinars, email campaigns, core print collateral, and more.
- Support end-to-end execution by aligning stakeholders, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring flawless delivery.
- For select projects, support the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process for promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate on content adaptation for multiple audiences (patients, caregivers, physicians, and other HCPs), maintaining message consistency and scientific integrity.
- Maintain organized documentation of approved claims, messaging platforms, and material versioning for ongoing team reference.
- Support execution of patient ambassador programming, coordinating logistics, content, and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify priority conferences and advocacy events and ensure conference-ready resources are prepared for field and team execution.
- Lead end-to-end marketing execution for select patient and HCP conferences/events, including logistics coordination, materials management, and cohesive on-site brand presence.
- Define and track KPIs tied to patient and HCP tactic objectives; compile dashboards and status updates for leadership.
- Manage budget tracking and vendor/agency coordination for assigned programs, flagging risks early and driving resolution.
- Coordinate with digital marketing to build out and maintain customer engagement channels (websites, email, CRM/Veeva content) for both audiences.
- Partner with commercial operations, sales, brand analytics, IT, and MCM to ensure smooth field and channel execution.
- Analyze performance data and field feedback to inform continuous improvement and process efficiencies as the brand scales toward and through launch.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or product marketing, ideally within biotech, pharma, or a related healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to balance strategic direction from senior stakeholders with hands-on, detail-oriented execution.
- Strong project management skills; experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience managing the MLR/promotional review process.
- Launch experience in a competitive market.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Results-oriented, with emphasis on ROI and performance metrics.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; strong proficiency in PowerPoint and core business tools.
- Passionate about serving patients suffering from genetic diseases.
- Proven self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.
- High level of self-awareness and understanding of the importance of self-monitoring behavior for continuous improvement.

- Ability to travel (~20%) is required.
