About the Role

Zip is seeking a Solution Integrations Architect to establish the technical foundation for Zip's ERP and integration ecosystem. This role involves internal technical enablement, architecting solutions for complex customer environments, collaborating with Product teams, and setting standards for integration workflows, with a focus on the Oracle EBS R12 ecosystem. The architect will create reusable integration assets and define how Zip interacts with external systems.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip-owned ERP and integration templates.
Architect and standardize Oracle R12 integrations.
Align integration templates with core product architecture, field insights, and customer needs.
Analyze complex customer implementations to identify reusable patterns and convert bespoke solutions into standardized assets.
Partner with account teams to design and vet integration architectures during pre-sales.
Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices.
Build expertise across multiple ERP ecosystems, becoming a subject matter expert on integration architecture, data models, and Zip's App Studio.
Design and execute solutions with an engineering mindset for scalability and efficiency.
Dive into API configurations and template modifications.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 environments.
Strong foundational knowledge of core Oracle EBS business processes, schema layouts, and data models, specifically within Oracle Purchasing (PO), Payables (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
Familiarity with standard Oracle EBS integration methods (Open Interface Tables, Public APIs/PL-SQL Packages, Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG), REST/SOAP services).
Experience working with XML / REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration or administration experience is required.
Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying technical knowledge.
Comfortable working with API documentation.
Comfortable testing and troubleshooting integration errors.
Able to understand customer requirements and document information quickly with little oversight.
A continual learner open to new technologies.
Strong communication skills.
Extreme attention to detail and proactive.
Experience working with product and engineering teams.
Process-driven with a strong bias toward continuous improvement.
