About the Role

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking individuals who are driven to make an impact by transforming how the world gets built. You will contribute to developing and delivering critical infrastructure projects, working with a team that blends real-world experience with digital innovation and AI to create a better way to build for the future.

Responsibilities

• Attract, screen, and submit talent for current and prospective demand.
• Meet required metrics including goals for outreach, screens, interviews, and hires.
• Communicate and operate effectively with Recruiting Teams to identify and attract talent demand.
• Manage candidate status and notes in Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and Professional Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates.
• Monitor and track the candidate pipeline to ensure it is adequate to meet vacancy requirements.
• Use market-driven strategies to research, engage, and pre-qualify passive talent.
• Use recruitment systems appropriately with a focus on data integrity for accurate reporting and compliance.
• Interact with client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements.
• Develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques.
• Monitor candidate activity for specific sourcing projects and communicate with stakeholders and recruiters.
• Be responsible for ad hoc projects to support the recruiting organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience, preferably in the construction management or capital projects industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven ability to multi-task with several candidates at once, scheduling initial screens while providing consistent feedback for the best overall candidate experience.
