About the Role
Lead the Consulting and Alliances marketing team to accelerate growth across EY Canada's highest-priority consulting offerings and strategic alliance relationships. This role involves growth strategy, senior stakeholder advisory, go-to-market leadership, and marketing transformation, working closely with leaders to influence priorities, guide investments, and build integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior advisory partner to Consulting and Alliance leaders, influencing priorities and translating business strategy into go-to-market plans.
- Shape campaign focus, resource allocation, governance, and marketing frameworks using market trends and business priorities.
- Lead integrated campaigns to generate demand, strengthen market positioning, and support pipeline creation.
- Partner with Alliance leaders to activate capabilities and connect consulting growth priorities to opportunity creation.
- Lead, coach, and align marketing team members by setting culture, reinforcing accountability, and building capability.
- Advance marketing transformation by embedding AI, automation, reusable processes, and performance measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech consulting, professional services, or complex business environments.
- Experience leading integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, or transformation programs that drive growth.
- Proven ability to translate organizational strategy into actionable go-to-market plans and investment decisions.
- Experience influencing senior executives and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience setting team culture, building capability, and reinforcing accountability in a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of how data, AI, and automation can support marketing transformation and decision-making.
