About the Role
Kaplan is seeking a Certified Fraud Examiner Exam Subject Matter Expert to contribute to the development of test-like exam questions. This role involves reviewing and revising practice questions to ensure accuracy, relevance, and exam-like quality, helping candidates prepare for their certification.
Responsibilities
- Review batches of exam questions.
- Evaluate questions for accuracy, content, and difficulty alignment with the official exam.
- Revise and improve questions to enhance quality and exam relevance.
- Submit marked-up Google Documents with tracked changes.
- Ensure content accuracy, error-freeness, and currency with exam specifications.
- Rephrase and revise content to align with test-likeness.
Requirements
- Active Certified Fraud Examiner certification or higher in the relevant field.
- Demonstrated deep understanding of official exam content, professional domain knowledge, and exam format.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs and Google Drive.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet access and communication methods.
- Prior experience in instructional content development, particularly for the relevant exam (Preferred).
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience in the relevant subject area (Preferred).
- Familiarity with principles of effective test question design (Preferred).
