About the Role

This role is responsible for building, managing, and growing revenue for a newly established brand-direct vertical business across Technology, Platform, and Gaming. The position focuses on driving net-new advertiser relationships and revenue, identifying new marketplace opportunities, and partnering with agency counterparts to create demand for scalable advertising sales solutions. The role is pivotal in expanding the organization's presence with high-growth enterprise advertisers and offers the opportunity to shape category prioritization and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue growth and sales strategy across Technology, Platform, and Gaming business segments, focusing on new client direct relationships and incremental revenue.
  • Develop and manage senior-level client relationships, partnering with agencies to create demand and drive advertising investment.
  • Translate marketplace trends and advertiser priorities into consultative sales strategies and outcome-driven media solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales leadership, product, marketing, research, operations, and measurement teams to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Build and execute account plans to deepen customer engagement, drive pipeline development, and accelerate revenue conversion.
  • Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and business performance reporting for assigned vertical categories.
  • Strategize short-term and long-term revenue targets, aligning team efforts with organizational business strategy.
  • Manage advertising inventory and rate structures, coordinating with teams for pricing decisions.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain consistent and punctual attendance, including working variable schedules as necessary.
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles.
  • Own the customer experience by prioritizing customers and providing seamless digital options.
  • Be an enthusiastic learner, user, and advocate of company products and services.
  • Collaborate effectively and be open to new ideas to achieve team goals.
  • Participate in the Net Promoter System to incorporate customer feedback.

  • Experience across one or more target verticals (Technology, Platform, Gaming).
  • Consultative brand-direct selling approach.
  • Entrepreneurial instinct to operate in a fast-moving environment.
  • 10 Years + of Relevant Work Experience.

Salary/Compensations

  • New York Pay Range: $195,336.24 - $293,004.36
  • California Pay Range: $146,502.18 USD - $271,300.33 USD
  • Sales compensation programs offer potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for overachievement.
  • Base pay is one part of Total Rewards; eligible employees may receive Commission or Bonus.
