Responsibilities

• Possess a strong insurance background with specific knowledge of P&C personal lines insurance.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Coordinate with business leaders on product rollouts to new states, conduct research, provide recommendations, and document new products, context flows, processes, workflows, and procedures to deliver technical, analytical, and business solutions.
• Work effectively within an Agile methodology and articulate complexities related to PE11 implementation.
• Engage in discussions with business heads/sponsors and participate in key decisions regarding state expansion.
• Collaborate with larger teams to prepare documentation including Architecture Design Document/System Diagram, Business Requirement Documents, Functional/Non-Functional Requirement Documents, Use-Case, Business Process Diagrams, Activity diagrams, Document of Understanding, and Knowledge Transition Document.
• Liaise with Underwriters and the Business team for standard and non-standard business.
• Regularly report progress, risks, mitigations, and key requests to senior management.

Requirements

• Strong insurance background with P&C personal lines knowledge.

• Experience providing technical, analytical, and business solutions.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.

• Experience coordinating with larger teams for documentation.
