About the Role
The Manager, Broker Partnerships is responsible for executing iQ’s broker engagement strategy and driving consistent, high-quality broker-sourced opportunities into the sales pipeline. This role focuses on building and maintaining broker relationships, driving consistent outreach and engagement activity, and keeping iQ top of mind across broker networks.
Responsibilities
- Identify and outreach to net-new brokers across all iQ markets
- Build initial relationships through in-person meetings, calls, and targeted outreach
- Introduce brokers to iQ’s value proposition, ideal client profiles, and engagement processes
- Ensure all broker contacts are properly captured and staged in HubSpot
- Maintain consistent engagement cadence with brokers through meetings, office visits, and presentations
- Move brokers through structured stages from Cold to Warm to Hot
- Reactivate dormant brokers and increase referral frequency
- Keep brokers informed of market availability, relevant inventory, and commission opportunities
- Act as an intake point for broker-generated opportunities
- Ensure all opportunities are qualified, properly documented, and transitioned cleanly to the Sales team
- Maintain strong communication with Sales to ensure alignment on lead quality
- Support the execution of the iQ Broker Program, including events, outreach campaigns, and market visits
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute broker-facing materials and initiatives
- Provide feedback to the Director, Sales & Marketing on broker resonance, messaging gaps, and engagement strategy improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot including broker contacts, engagement activity, and broker status
- Track outreach activity, lead generation, and conversion trends
- Provide weekly visibility into broker pipeline activity
- Provide coverage for the Regional Account Manager role as needed during periods of absence or increased business demand
- Qualify inbound sales opportunities
- Conduct tours and discovery meetings
- Prepare proposals and pricing options
- Manage opportunities through the sales process and close deals
- Maintain a strong understanding of iQ's products, pricing, and sales processes
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Hospitality, B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer success, with a strong focus on execution, follow-through, and client service
- Experience or an interest in coworking, commercial real estate, or related industries is considered an asset
- Comfortable with proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and developing new business relationships
- Confident and professional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to maintain consistent outreach and engagement
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, and document management tools
- Occasional travel within and outside assigned regions as required
