We are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) for flexible deployment at our locations in Charlottenburg, Mitte, and Prenzlauer Berg.
Responsibilities
- Reception of patients and coordination of on-site practice operations
- Appointment scheduling
- Handling inquiries and registrations
- Prescription management
- Working with our practice software
Requirements
- Enjoy working with people
- Confident PC user and ideally previous experience with practice software
- Teamwork skills, organizational talent, communication skills, and empathy
- German language skills at a very good level, and at least good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
