About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of conceptually strong, surprising campaign ideas that resonate across all channels, driven by fresh ideas and a genuine desire to make an impact.
- Strategically define and boldly shape outstanding looks for pioneering brand presences and their long-term development.
- Translate complex strategies into emotional visual languages while also being hands-on.
- Conceive future-oriented visual concepts and independently manage creative direction, director selection, and oversight of demanding audio, photo, and film productions.
- Provide technical leadership, motivation, and development for junior and mid-level creatives within your team.
- Present design concepts and campaigns compellingly to clients and provide strategic advice at eye level.
Requirements
- Several years of experience (senior level) as an Art Director in a dynamic creative agency, ideally with project leadership experience.
- A strong, internationally or nationally awarded portfolio showcasing pioneering design sense, strategic depth, and award-winning campaigns.
- The ability to strategically penetrate brands, develop strong visual concepts, and create bold, unseen worlds.
- You are quick-witted, have strong communication skills (in German and English), and successfully sell your ideas internally and externally.
- Absolute confidence in using the Adobe Creative Suite and experience with modern collaboration and prototyping tools.
- An excellent sense for aesthetics and global trends, combined with a proactive hands-on mentality to continuously push creative boundaries within the team.
