About the Role

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program, responsible for daily client-site execution including product merchandising, inventory management, order replacement, and equipment management. This is a high-energy role for organized individuals who enjoy interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Own client office kitchens, pantries, and storage rooms, ensuring organization.
• Perform expiration checks and product rotations.
• Engage with clients and team members onsite to deliver high-quality service.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment like coffee makers and kegerators.
• Conduct quality control checks and complete task lists for inventory and budget.
• Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to management.
• Accurately complete pre/post route paperwork.

Requirements

• Must be able to download the Crafty application on a mobile device.
• Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
• Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed.
