About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational tasks within an established system, including tracking timings and task lists.
• Prepare meetings and document decisions.
• Understand the connection between delivery, commercials, client needs, and product intent.
• Use AI tools to draft status updates, summarize notes, and prepare initial briefings.
• Own small to mid-sized projects end-to-end, including timings, resourcing, briefings, and budgets.
• Manage expectations on projects and identify scope, priority, or decision-making gaps.
• Use AI confidently for first-draft briefs, status reports, capacity planning, and synthesizing client feedback.
• Lead complex projects across multiple workstreams and disciplines from brief to outcome.
• Own the client relationship as the primary contact at the project level.
• Manage the commercial health of the project.
• Develop other Project Controllers/Managers.
• Negotiate priorities and budgets with confidence.
• Actively surface trade-offs and product implications.
• Determine when stronger product leadership is required.
• Use AI for planning and orchestration, including scenario modeling, automated reporting, and synthesis across workstreams.
• Define new ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in a project management, client services, or delivery role at an agency, consultancy, or in-house team.
• A genuine interest in how AI is changing project delivery, client management, and commercial steering.
• The ability to take complex, ambiguous information and synthesize it into clear priorities, timings, and recommendations.
• Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and commercial steering (Level-dependent).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Openness to collaborating with cross-functional teams and directly with clients.
• Fluent German (C1+) and English, written and verbal.
