About the Role
As a Technology Risk Assurance Consultant, you will work collaboratively with other teams across RSM to best serve clients, guided by good practice principles and the latest technologies. You’ll work on engagements ranging from digital strategy and project management to cyber risk and cloud security to data protection and information governance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of assignments, including Internal Audit support, internal controls, or Cyber Security Advisory.
- Collaborate with the team to advise clients on technology risk challenges, identifying control improvements and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Manage assigned workload to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of work according to premium quality requirements.
- Support Senior and Principal Consultants in delivering complex assignments.
Requirements
- CISA qualified with a strong understanding of IT and cyber security risks, controls, and good practice.
- Audit experience (IT, internal, or external audit) is advantageous.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in client-facing environments.
- Commitment to delivering premium client service.
- Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and see tasks through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and RSM offices as required.
