About the Role
RSM's Technology & Cyber Risk Assurance (TRA) practice provides assurance, advice, and solutions to help clients manage digital risk. As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with teams to serve clients, focusing on engagements from digital strategy and project management to cyber risk, cloud security, data protection, and information governance.
Responsibilities
- Help clients manage IT controls and risks by advising on technology risk challenges.
- Identify areas for control improvements and suggest innovative, value-added solutions.
- Perform complex TRA assignments.
- Support the development of team members.
- Manage assignment delivery to ensure completion within time and budget.
- Build client relationships and identify potential additional work opportunities.
Requirements
- Professionally qualified (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent) with relevant IT Audit experience, preferably within professional services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver within budget in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of assignments through to successful completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing high-quality documentation and reports.
- Confidence in client-facing environments.
- Committed to delivering premium client service with a proactive and professional approach.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and offices as required.
