About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Automotive Detailers. This position pays $16.00 / hour and will be located at 10010 MANCHACA RD, AUSTIN, TX 78748. We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

Responsibilities

Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.
Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and place valuable items in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.

Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and may transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
If under 21, must have zero moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record.
No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
