About the Role
As a Software Engineer on our team, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a dynamic, agile environment. We’re looking for someone with the skills needed to develop and improve technology from vision to production-ready system. This role is more than just coding. We need a Software Engineer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. Using a variety of technical skills, you’ll work with the development team to create technical solutions for our clients. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Responsibilities
- Develop and improve technology from vision to production-ready system.
- Learn new tools and techniques.
- Identify needed system improvements.
- Create technical solutions for clients.
- Analyze needs and the environment to ensure solutions consider current architecture, operating environment, and future functionality.
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages or development frameworks, including common languages, or modern front-end or back-end technologies.
- Experience using common productivity tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of basic software development processes or life cycle concepts.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree by Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
