About the Role

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the primary connection to our Infusion Therapy Customers, representing Baxter and its products. You will foster connections between Baxter teams to drive business results and share customer insights to ensure needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support, including training, on-site customer support, order/supply assistance, coordination of Baxter teams, and general support for customer tradeshows and Pump Fairs.
• Assist with customer training needs.
• Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates.
• Support marketing and cross-functional field sales needs specific to Infusion Therapies and Technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of experience in a field sales/field sales support role in the medical device field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of common computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and SalesForce CRM preferred.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proven success working within large multifaceted teams.
