About the Role

Box is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III (Marketing Systems) to join the Enterprise Systems team. This role will own and scale critical Marketing technology platforms, focusing on Iterable and TrustArc, and partner with Marketing Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions supporting Box’s go-to-market strategy. The position involves driving initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert, influencing the marketing systems roadmap, and balancing operational support with strategic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary BSA owner for Marketing platforms, with deep ownership of Iterable and TrustArc
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to provide consultative guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • Independently lead end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
  • Translate complex marketing, data, and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Design and support data integrations and pipelines using SnapLogic, collaborating closely with Engineering and Data teams
  • Use SQL to analyze data, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support marketing reporting and segmentation needs
  • Evaluate current-state processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable, compliant marketing solutions
  • Collaborate in an agile delivery model with Enterprise Systems, Engineering, Data, and external vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Manage and prioritize run-the-business work, including enhancements, defects, and operational issues
  • Contribute to the Marketing Systems roadmap, providing input on effort estimation, dependencies, and delivery sequencing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications
  • Experience with Marketo, including marketing automation, campaign management, and Salesforce integration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Iterable, including campaigns, journeys, segmentation, data ingestion, and integrations
  • Experience supporting TrustArc or similar consent and privacy platforms in a marketing or data environment
  • Proven experience with SnapLogic, including designing, supporting, or troubleshooting integration pipelines
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution
  • Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and marketing automation workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own techno-functional deliverables across analysis, design, testing, and deployment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with additional MarTech, cloud computing or CDP platforms such as GCP, Segment, Marketo (preferred)
  • Familiarity with event-based tracking, customer data platforms, and downstream analytics (preferred)
  • Experience in a SaaS, B2B, or high-growth technology environment (preferred)
  • Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.
