About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will drive store operational efficiency and support the customer experience by managing back-of-house processes. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure seamless merchandise processing, inventory control, and store organization, allowing the customer-facing aspects of the store to excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in all back-of-house operations, setting high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ensure seamless coordination between back-of-house and sales floor operations.
• Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise check-in, stock processing, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs, and liquidation.
• Implement procedures for timely and accurate stock handling.
• Manage visual merchandising processes such as floor sets, product replenishment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Implement and monitor asset protection strategies to minimize inventory loss.
• Oversee accurate and timely physical inventory counts.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe stockroom.
• Provide support on the sales floor as needed, assisting with POS operations and checkout.
• Greet and engage customers when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior sales support experience, including POS, inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment processing.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexible with scheduling needs and can adapt to business demands.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
