About the Role

ERS ELITE is partnering with a high-volume, professionally managed union automotive dealership in Staten Island, NY to hire experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians. This is a full-time, on-site role offering top-of-market union compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability. This position is designed for senior-level diagnostic technicians with extensive hands-on experience. This is not an entry-level role.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
Troubleshoot complex electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical concerns
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in accordance with OEM and dealership standards
Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership regarding repair needs and timelines
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Participate in ongoing training to remain current with OEM standards and emerging technologies

Requirements

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Proven record of quality workmanship with minimal comebacks
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Skills

A-Level automotive technician skill set
Strong electrical and advanced diagnostic troubleshooting capabilities
